- Digital / Virtual Products Only
• All products sold on djnikhilmartyn.com are digital or virtual in nature (for example: audio files, sample packs, digital downloads, tutorials, presets, virtual instruments, etc.).
• Because these are intangible goods that are delivered instantly (or almost instantly) after purchase, we cannot accept returns once the purchase is completed.
- No Returns Policy
• Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it is non-returnable.
• You will not be able to cancel or return an order once it is placed and processed.
- Refunds — When They Might Be Granted
Though we don’t generally offer refunds, we may consider refunds under very limited circumstances:
• If you mistakenly purchase the same product twice, contact us within [24 / 48] hours with the order numbers. We may issue a refund or credit for one of the duplicate purchases.

• Issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider; it may take 7-14 business days for the refund to show up.
- No Guarantees Beyond What’s Stated
• Approving refunds, in cases not covered above, is at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds or credit if we believe there is abuse or fraudulent activity.
