Digital / Virtual Products Only
• All products sold on djnikhilmartyn.com are digital or virtual in nature (for example: audio files, sample packs, digital downloads, tutorials, presets, virtual instruments, etc.).
• Because these are intangible goods that are delivered instantly (or almost instantly) after purchase, we cannot accept returns once the purchase is completed.

No Returns Policy
• Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it is non-returnable.
• You will not be able to cancel or return an order once it is placed and processed.

Refunds — When They Might Be Granted

Though we don’t generally offer refunds, we may consider refunds under very limited circumstances:
• If you mistakenly purchase the same product twice, contact us within [24 / 48] hours with the order numbers. We may issue a refund or credit for one of the duplicate purchases.
• If there is a technical issue preventing you from downloading or accessing the product (for example, the download link is broken), please notify us immediately. We will attempt to fix the issue or provide the product in an alternate way.

What We Will Do If a Refund Is Approved

If your refund request is granted, we will:
• Issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider; it may take 7-14 business days for the refund to show up.

No Guarantees Beyond What’s Stated
• Approving refunds, in cases not covered above, is at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds or credit if we believe there is abuse or fraudulent activity.
